Buffet Service
Buffet style dinner service allows your guests to choose exactly what they want from the six varieties of pizza we make. We continue to keep the buffet table full during service so guests can stop by for seconds, which they usually can't resist. Because we stretch, top, and cook our pizza completely on-site, we recommend the release of tables be organized to ensure the best selection and freshest pizza.
Our Pizza
Fresh dough is hand stretched, topped, and cooked in the wood-fired ovens of our fire trucks on-site at your event, ensuring the freshest pizza and a fun attraction for your guests.

Salad
Add our optional side salad to make a meal for your guests. Presented buffet-style alongside our pizza, it features a blend of premium greens tossed with fresh vegetables. Served with a variety of dressings.
Bruschetta
Roma tomato, fresh basil, red onion, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on top of wood fire toasted bread slathered in garlic olive oil. Dressed with grated parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. A delicious bite to tide your guests over before the buffet!
Premium Cheese Tray
Our optional cheese trays feature a variety of fine cheeses from Wisconsin and around the world. A great addition to your social hour.
Late Night Pizza
When you don't want the fun to end and just need a little something to keep your dancing feet fueled we offer Late Night Pizza - our same buffet menu but served as a light snack rather than a meal.
Soft Drinks
We can provide a variety of soft-drinks and water.
Sweets
Need a little something sweet to nibble after dinner? We can provide a variety of treats including bars, brownies, and cookies.
