"Fire Truck Pizza catered our wedding, and quite honestly that was probably the best decision we could have ever made. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and all of our guests raved about it. We all know that usually isn’t the case at weddings! Unfortunately we were terribly unorganized on our part when it came to table send off times at dinner. That left Bill and his team flooded with a rush of almost 250 people all at once. They handled it flawlessly. I have no idea how, and I’m quite certain that I was panicking more than the team was. I can’t say enough about their kindness, and generosity. We didn’t have to lift a finger, and they went above and beyond our expectations with no help from us whatsoever.

They were easy to work with and even though our property was a bit tricky for them to park in, they figured out and did an AMAZING job with the pizza! It's such a cool set up and I'm so glad we had them for our day!! People could not say enough good things about the pizza and I would agree - the pizza was phenomenal and fresh! I booked them without ever having their food and I definitely do not regret it and would hire them back for any event we have in an instant. "It was amazing, the service was spectacular, food was to die for, so much so that even though we had less people show up then we'd told the caterer would be there we only had one pizza box of leftovers the next morning! they made the entire process a no hassle, no fuss affair.
